Microsoft
Access® Runtime
The Bid4Build construction
estimating program (excluding Bid4Build Takeoff) requires
Microsoft Access® 2000 or greater installed on your computer.
Microsoft Access is
the premier database product on the market from Microsoft
and is typically purchased as part of the Microsoft
Office Professional® suite of products which includes
(Excel®, PowerPoint®, and Word®).
If you DO NOT HAVE
Microsoft Access installed on your computer, you can download
the FREE Runtime versions of Microsoft Access 2000 or 2007
directly from our website links to Microsoft.
NOTE:
DO
NOT install Microsoft Access Runtime if you already have the
full licensed version of Microsoft Access
installed on your computer. If you have a Trial Version of
Microsoft Office with Access installed, you may need
to remove this and install Microsoft Access Runtime,
or convert the Trial to a licensed version of Microsoft
Access. The Bid4Build
application typically will not run using a Trial version of
Microsoft Access.
XP Service
Pack 3, VISTA and Windows 7 USERS:
If your operating system is Microsoft Vista, Windows 7, or XP
with at least Service Pack 3 installed, then download and install
MS Access 2007 Runtime.
MS Access
2007 Runtime Download:
Older
XP Users: If you are running Windows
XP and do not have Service Pack 2 or 3 installed, or have
an older version of XP and are unsure of the release, then
download MS Access 2000 Runtime.

not sure how to download and install files over the internet  More
information on Microsoft Access® Runtime is available on our website
in the Help section  If
you would like to work with an Excel costbook template and create your own costbook
information which will import your cost data into the Bid4Build Demo software

you have an Internet Connection:

Version 3.5.1 Enterprise Edition Construction Estimating System
The Bid4Build
installation file is 46MB in size. Download
this file to your computer in a directory of your
choice so you have the file resident on your computer, and available locally
for installation or future access.
