To insure that we can provide the highest level and quality of support, while
continuing to maintain ongoing product developments and expansion of our solutions,
we offer a nominal single cost support package* Most
support requirements for a software package are within the first year of purchase.
We strive to provide the least expensive support package possible without sacrificing
quality and response. Many of our competitors charge upwards of hundreds, if not
thousands of dollars for ongoing support contracts, software maintenance, and
upgrade policies. In fact, many software companies generate as much as 40% of
their revenue from reoccurring support maintenance contracts alone! The
Bid4Build support package covers unlimited free upgrades for the life of the product**
and you are automatically grandfathered into any price increases. In addition,
you are assigned a highly qualified customer support representative from our Bid4Build
support group who will be your first point of contact for all support requirements.
You will have direct access to your customer support representative's email and
phone contact information. Our support policy enables you to contact an assigned
customer support representative seven days a week, 365 days per year! There
are very few software vendors who will even consider this type of personalized
service. We are offering this support package to help ensure that you have the
best possible experience with your new purchase, our company, and software products.

* The
Bid4Build support package currently retails for $179.00 per year. The renewal
cost of the support package for each subsequent year is based upon the current
retail price of the support package at the time of renewal. Support is limited
to installation assistance and product related issues which result in the inability
to use the product as advertised. Product usage questions are addressed through
our advertised orientation and training services. Questions relating to external
functionality such as operating systems, development environments, third-party
products or various Windows technologies are not included. Please see specific
terms and conditions in our standard
software license (EULA) which is provided with the installation of our software
products for further details. ** The "product" is currently
defined as Bid4Build Construction Estimating Software versions 3.5.1 Enterprise
Edition, Lite Edition, Bid4Build Takeoff Live, and future versions of the suite
