In feature to feature comparisons, the pricing of our software is one of the lowest in the construction software marketplace.  Our philosophy is to provide you with software solutions as inexpensively as possible, but strive for the best quality and highest value for our customers.    

On a regular basis, we provide ongoing enhancements  and continue to expand our product line by providing more features and functions and incorporating solutions suggested by our customers.  To insure that we can provide the highest level and quality of support, while continuing to maintain ongoing product developments and expansion of our product line, we offer a nominal fee-based support package. 

Most of the support requirements for a software package is within the first year of purchase, so we strive to provide the least expensive support package we can offer without sacrificing quality and response.  Many of our competitors charge upwards of hundreds or even thousands of dollars for combined support contracts, software maintenance, and upgrade policies.  In fact, many software companies generate as much as 40% of their revenue from reoccurring support maintenance contracts! 

Our yearly support package covers unlimited free upgrades for the life of the product** and you are automatically grandfathered into any price increases.  In addition, you will be assigned a specific, highly qualified, customer support representative from our Bid4Build support group who will be your first point of contact for all support requirements.  You will have direct access to your customer support representative's email and cell phone contact information, and authorization to contact your customer support representative seven days a week, 365 days per year!  

There are very few software vendors who will even consider this type of personalized service.  We are offering this support package to insure that you have the best possible experience with your new purchase, our company, and software products.  We value your business and customer loyalty and will continue to provide the highest level of customer support, along with the best software products at the lowest possible costs.

* The Bid4Build support package for Version 3.0 currently retails for $150.00 per year.  The cost of the support package for each subsequent year is based upon the current retail price of the support package at the time the existing support package is renewed.  Support is limited to general product usage questions. Questions relating to external functionality such as operating systems, development environments, third-party products or various Windows technologies are not included.  Please see specific terms and conditions in our standard software license (EULA) which is provided with the installation of the software product for further details.

** The "product" is defined as the Bid4Build Construction Estimating Software version 3.0 and future versions of 3.x.
